Double E Investment Group, a Real Estate investment company that specializes in the student housing sector in College Station, TX  is considering the purchase of the River Oaks Townhome Unit # 1304. The property is a 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome that was built in 2009 and is located at 305 Holleman Drive in College Station, TX. The purchase of this property will be analyzed by VP of Acquisitions Braedon Eller and VP of Development Lauren Estes.
